Ive looked thru the posts but cant find any reference to how i set up...
entering of a persons email twice so we are sure they put in right email.
also how can i set up form so that i can enter the information into a database thanks\

Hi,
Sorry, the question about CSV files is answered there.
Checking for fields and making them required is found inside FormMail.php and on the forums.
