Getting a form field into the e-mail header

I have a form which asks for your Name, as well as other information. The results are then sent to my e-mail address. Is it possible to have the name as entered in the Name field of the form appear in the 'From' or 'Subject' field of the e-mail. I could then see who the form is from without opening the e-mail.

I am new to all this so a step by step explantion would be appreciated.

Yes, just call the field "realname" and that will happen by default.
