Recipient Email

I must be doing something wrong. From what I have read the tectite site says that I must use chapta(sp?) in order for the recipient(the person entering data into the form and expecting a response email) to receive and email response. I am able to get the admin email(with contents of the form and the referrer info) but I am unable to to get the recipient email portion to work. What is it that I am doing wrong? Is there a flag I need to set or a param I need to flip. I am new to PHP so please forgive me in advance.
