I am really new to this whole process, so I will talk in simple terms. I have created a form on my web site, and I do get the results sent to me in a list format, so I believe that portion is set up correctly.
What I want is to receive an email that looks exactly like the completed form on the web site. I cannot seem to locate any instructions on how to specifically make this happen. I did duplicate the form, stripped the form elements and the hidden tags and saved it as a template in the templates directory. In other words, it looks exactly like the form when viewed in a browser, but I cannot get it to come to me as html email in that format. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thank you for your speedy reply, Russell,

I also keeping getting this message as an error message from Formmail:

The following error occurred in FormMail :
Some mail_options settings are undefined :
fmtemplates

email:
realname:

Can you tell me why? Probably something I am doing wrong, just don't know what it is.

Also, reading your atricle mentioned above, you say "Create a directory called "fmtemplates" at the top of your web server document root."

Exactly, what does that mean? I am using GoLive to create my site and am wondering if it is something as simple as adding another folder entitled "fmtemplates", then putting my template in that folder. Do you know anything about this, or how to add the directory?
