Is it possible to email part of an email.

we need to share parts of the email with 3 people but only one needs to see the CC details"?

is this possible?

if not how does the licence work? I need 3 licences for each person, but I just want to be able to check that the form is working right do I need to buy a licence for that?

No, FormMail sends the same email to everyone listed.

To view the encrypted part of an email, you need FormMailDecoder and the appropriate key file.

An email can contain separate encrypted and clear text (readable) parts. So, everyone receiving the email can read the clear text parts, and only authorized people can decrypt and read the encrypted parts.

If you just need to check that all is OK for a while, then we're quite happy to provide you with a temporary license at no charge.

Therefore, you only need to purchase a license for those people who are going to need to decrypt messages over the long term.

A major part of the security is that you generate the encryption key (actually a public/private key pair).

You do this with FormMailDecoder.

This means only people you authorize can decrypt messages (by having a copy of that key pair).

Hi,

No, you can't use PGP. The formatting is different, apart from anything else.

You must use FormMailDecoder to generate keys.
