One form after another

Hi. I'm not sure how to handle this, so here's my situation: I have several single-page forms working - great program, by the way :)

I have created an employment application form for our Human Resources dept. After submitting the application data to one person, they want to present a form with questions about demographic data (race, gender, etc.) that will go to another person, but will not include the application data. Finally, the applicant will get a confirmation page with the application data that they can print out.

I have the app form working, but how do I provide the confirmation page after the demographic data is gathered?
