Smile fmbadhandler - problem with Dreamhost

Hi I wonder if anybody here hosted with Dreamhost and uses the fmbadhandler.

My form was working fine for months ever since I started using tectite formmail, but few days ago I moved to Dreamhost, it has started given me problem with bad_url.

    The error message is:
Cannot open template '/home/username/public_html/path/fmtemplates/formerrors.html': failed to open stream: No such file or directory
This is a very common issue and it is addressed in how to guide, I think most web hosts also know what is about.

I had the same problem before with my previous host and it was with a security feature turn off.

I contacted Dreamhost support, was told to turn off the 'extra web security' for PHP from the cpanel. But I am still getting the error message. Haven't try to contact Dreamhost again, I thought I will just to find some enlightenment here
