only two emails every ten minutes?

is there some sort of limit to how many emails people can send through the form to you? i'm testing my form and formmail.php install, and can only send successfully twice every 10 minutes or so... is this an actual variable, or is it something wonky with my server?

like i said, i've been able to send two successful emails to myself, then nothing for a while, then two again...

if there IS a limit, how can i modify it - say in terms of lessening the time limit, or making more than two OK?

if there IS something wonky with my server, i don't know what i can do... any suggestions are cool...

There's nothing in FormMail to limit the number of emails it sends.

It sounds like a server issue. I recommend you contact your hosting provider.

yeah, i figured as much... couldn't find anything in the script that looked like it did that... not that i know all that much about the php...

how many test emails did you send me? because i only got two (natch...)

i already used the testmail and the DEF_ALERT function in the script itself - no matter what, two emails go through, and then nothing again for about ten minutes. so weird. i'm going to contact my hosting support ASAP...

As I recall I sent 4 or 5 form submissions.

Do you get an error message in an alert or does it just silently discard the form submissions?

I bet this is some sort of "anti spam" (il)logic on your server.

silent discarding... it shows the GOOD_URL "thank you" page every time i submit the form, but never sends more than two emails... even when i use the error tests, then those are the only two that i get for that period of time! i bet you're right, that it's anti-spam. i'm waiting on a response from my host.
