Fast/Easy Question How do i change who my email says it comes from?

for example i do not ask the user for his email but when i recieve emails it says Nobody@server1.nexthosting.com i would like to change this if possible

in the form u can use FromAddr in mail_options

also read about this stuff in the config section of FormMail....very big info about how this works....very complicated.

i remember when sending mail just required an envelope and a stamp....
