Hey all,
I'm new to FormMail and have it setup on my server. I can fill out the form but when I hit submit, I get an http 404 error. I went through the sample.htm and the formmail.php files and made sure I had things the they are supposed to be and they were. After a few hours of pulling out whats left of my hair I figured that I would just try to paste the URL to the file, which I am using, called cat2.php(formmail.php) and it would come up with the following:

"This URL is a Form submission program.
It appears the form is not working correctly as there was no data found.
You're not supposed to browse to this URL; it should be accessed from a form. "

So what is the problem? Please help
