formail does not send an email

I am not recieving my emails from formmail and I am not recieving any error messages. It appears that everything is normal but I never recieve emails.
I tested the system using testmail.php and testmail2.php and both test ok. what am I doing wrong

If you can email me your HTML form and your formmail.php to supportstaff AT tectite DOT com, I'll check them out and see if I can see the problem.

Thanks for sending a copy of your config section.

The first thing I noticed it that lines appear to have been wrapped (line breaks inserted where they shouldn't be).

You have to use a text editor that leaves lines intact.

Your $TARGET_EMAIL setting is wrong too, I'll PM you about that.
