I have sent the error message to the hosting company for review. They saw the error on yesterday and replied with the following:
We would be glad to trouble shoot your site, but from our I hope that they can tell me something different this time. If not, is there anyway to get around this?

Please go back and check all your settings of your code or contact a
webmaster/developer to assist if needed.
Also, I changed the TARGET_EMAIL. I didn't get the error email this time.
