regarding getting the script to work. The script is working, it's just that the user submitting the form does not receive a confirmation page most of the time and needs to submit the form 2 or 3 times to get the confirmation. In the meantime I have received as many emails as the number of times the user has tried to submit the form

PHP version is 5.2.6
FormMail version is 8.05
I have then used the identical scripts on another completely separate server and accessed these via http://www.goanstay.com/Form/enquiry4.html
This form works first time everytime

On this server
PHP version is 4.3.2
FormMail version is 8.05

I know I can simply go to the other ISP and transfer the domains etc. but has anybody any idea about server settings, configuration etc. as to why this doesn't work?

My ISP first of all claimed that there had to be a problem with the script. Once I gave them the info that the identical script was working using another server, I got the comment "
"Unfortunately we cannot comment on the configuration of third party servers."

They are also claiming that the script http://www.goanstay.com/Form/enquiry5.html is working for them every time, yet I have had four other people testing it with regular failures (27 submissions to get 10 confirmation pages)
If anyone can help (or direct me to good resources on this) so that I can go back to the ISP with instructions as to what to do with their server (other than just stick it up somewhere unpleasant).
