problem 1 is the path to my form shows up in the browser address bar
and problem 2 is after i make changes to the form they dont show up unless
i refresh the page which for me isnt a problem but for my clients it is
mainly because there are to many to have to tell every one to refresh the page
before use.
any ideas on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
