Default settings change: don't sent forms from user supplied email addr (SPF related)

Please consider changing the default settings from submitted forms as the user supplied email address. Instead use a local sender address (as the script does by default when no email specified) and set the reply-to header based on the user supplied email address. This would make the form work in more cases when sending mail to servers that run Sender Policy Framework (SPF) antispam measures.
