Could I at least get a hint? Please pretty please?![]()
Welcome to the Tectite Forums! You can download and get support for our free PHP FormMail (form processor) and other free software.
Hi, I love Tectite formmail and have used it often. For a current project I am using Campaign Monitor to develop a customer email subscription form with opt-in/out features. I have also added a comments/questions area, something CM isn't really designed for but it works. My problem: CM does not offer email notification every time someone subscribes. This means I have to login to my account periodically to respond to comments, missing the immediacy.
I have asked how to obtain this functionality and their response is "you might just want to get a web developer to set up your form to do that, it would be a pretty small job. You just need them to make your form first send a copy to an email address before completing the normal submit process."
This confuses me because the form has an action similar to this:
http://mysite.theirsite.com/t/y/s/djkhhr/
I can't edit this action file. I know I can't have more than one action in a form. So how can I go about making one form handle two jobs like that?
Thanks for any and all assistance. I am willing to pay for help.
Pam

Hi Pam,
Sorry I can't help, but you could post this question in the Subscription Support forum, and I'm sure Russell can help you.
Well that is mighty kind of you ginger23, I appreciate the advice and will run on over to the subscription support forum right away! Thanks for taking the time to respond.
