    Default Personalising email response.

    Hi,

Firstly my appologies if this question has been asked before, I have searched the forum but cannot find any threads on this.

Is it possible to personalise the response to somebody who fills in an email form, i.e. address them by the name they have entered in the form?

    Regards,

    Waywyrd.

    Hi,

Yes. It's called a template, and the field you want is called "good_template".

Here's the HOW TO guide: http://www.tectite.com/fmhowto/redir.php
