    Default error after successful recaptcha

    Hello,

    http://www.caldaronelawgroup.com/index.php

If the recaptcha is blank then it returns:

The form required some values that you did not seem to provide.
You must enter the image characters

    That seems correct.

But if the entry is correct or incorrect it returns this:

An error occurred while processing the form .

The staff at www.caldaronelawgroup.com have been alerted to the error .
www.caldaronelawgroup.com apologizes for any inconvenience this error may have caused

I don't get any alert message.

    Thanks,

    Sky

    Hi,

I just ran this test for you:Does it work - did you get the test alert message? Please click the link yourself to check it as well.

If you didn't get the message, please check your spam folder first, then post back.

I guess I should have upgraded to the newest version of the script.

    Hi,

No, no need to upgrade until you're ready.

So, you're getting the test alert, but not any real alerts?

That's very strange. The most likely reason is they're getting blocked by a spam filter.

Anyway, if you'd like to send access details to your server using this secure form:We'll investigate and let you know what we find.
