    Default Failed to open stream

My FormMail form (FormMail v8.29, PHP 5.3.8, IIS7) successfully sends mail, but also triggers this alert:

Unable to create check file "/fm5a3130.txt": fopen(/fm5a3130.txt): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted

And when I run testurlopen.php, this message arrives:

Safe mode is: Off (this is good!)

URL open failed: fopen(http://www.microsoft.com/): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I think the answer is SCRATCH_PAD:

the check file problem is in the FAQ (click above)

the no suitable wrapper problem is a server setup issue - ask ur host
