Form Error Message

I know this has been asked many times before. However, I have successfully used formmail on many websites, so I'm totally familiar with the TARGET EMAIL PARAMETER and the HIDDEN FIELDS that have to be set up in a form. Although I have checked and double checked syntax on both the script customisation and the form's hidden fields, I'm still seeing the following error message.

The following error occurred in FormMail :
no_recipients

Error=The form has an internal error - no actions or recipients were specified.

I am at a complete loss as to why this should be happening - could it be some sort of server problem, or maybe there is some path statement that needs to be included in the script. I've used this script on several servers without problem, but this current server simply doesn't want to use this script. Has anyone else seen this type of problem even after setting all script and form parameters correctly?

I think the problem is with your enctype. Remove the following from your form tag (so that it uses the default enctype):

enctype="text/plain"
