Possible bug in formmail 8.31

Until v8.30 my html template send values as expected.
Trying new version 8.31 the same form transmits variables name indeed of it value.
Removing html template results in correct plain text email.
Reverting to 8.30 fix it, so I think that there is a bug in 8.31 relative to variables in html templates.

An update....

Yes, it appears the wrong copy of FormMail was released as version 8.31.

The bug is confirmed and we've withdrawn version 8.31 from release.

Shortly, we'll be releasing a new, corrected, version of FormMail.
