Default How to format and display grammatically correct multiform results?

On the final page of my form I'd like to have a page where the user can review the information they are going to submit. Depending on their selections, I'd like to change the output to be 'grammatically correct' and only include 'relevant information' to their choices. Right now I'm doing this using Javascript, and I know it's awful. I've got about 6000 (slight exaggeration) html paragraphs set to display:none with css, then using javascript, I show a small few of them (the relevant and grammatically correct ones). It's slow and filled with bugs I'm sure lol. How can I have FormMail actually send back and only display the correct statements (<p>'s)...Is it even possible? or is there a better way to do this? Preferably I'd like to get my JS usage down to zero, or as close as possible...

    Thanks
