Or can I use any decryption software? Reason I ask is that client I want to install for already has Axcrypt and their staff is trained on that, they don't want to retrain on new software just for the web forms.

Once the keys are setup and the server software is installed, the encrypted data can come in as an attachment to the email.

So, the end user does this:

1. Double-clicks the attachment
2. Enters the password for decrypting.

Not much training required for that.

Actually, it would be great if you could send me a demo version. Perhaps even the password part could be automated on their office computer(s) so that they could simply read it when it comes in?

The password is optional, so you can set it up so there's no need to enter one!
