Qestion about spam bots

I'd like to use formmail on all my pages in the future, but i have one question:

if you have to specify the mail adress of the receiver as plain text in the source like "<input type="hidden" name="recipients" value="mail@host.tld" />", then this could easiliy be read by bots harvesting mailadresses.

Is there a way to work around that?
