How to set a Thank You Page

I must be retarded, I can't figure out how to set up a new Thank You page. I saw something about specifiying the "bad_url", "good_url", "TEMPLATEURL" etc... Unfortunately it's a little unclear just how one goes about doing this.

Any thoughts?
