something not working, checkboxes

On this page, I have 5 checkboxes toward the bottom. Under the title called "What type of employment are you seeking?"

If we check off all 5 boxes, the only one that comes thru and shows up in the email is the Management one. What is wrong and I can I fix this so all 5 show up in the email if more then 1 checkbox is selected?

Is it something I need to fix in the web page itself or the formmail.php script?

Hi,

Replace

... name="Seeking" ...

with

... name="Seeking[]" ...

This creates an array of values which FormMail will display in the results.
