Hi,
I just tried your form and the second page has:
There's no specification of the HTMLTemplate.HTML Code:<input type="hidden" name="mail_options" value="PlainTemplate=ticketsh.txt,KeepLines,TemplateMissing=" />
Am I looking at the wrong form?
Welcome to the Tectite Forums! You can download and get support for our free PHP FormMail (form processor) and other free software.
Using FormMailEncoder to code all the fields works fine, and the result comes out in the format set in PlainTemplate.
But I'm having problems filtering so that some fields are encoded and some not. I've followed the last example in the "How To" guide in order to output unencrypted fields using HTMLTemplate and encoded fields using PlainTemplate but what happens is :
1 The unencrypted fields come through fine using the HTML template
2 The encrypted fields are coded into the attachment OK, but are not formatted to the PlainTemplate.txt file (they are just the raw data)
Any ideas?

Russell has let me know how to fix my problem :
I had specified a PlainTemplate for the encoded fields, but also set filter_fields. Actually, you don't need to set filter_fields - just specify what coded output you want in PlainTemplate.
So when I remove filter_fields everything works fine.
The "How To" guide is a bit ambiguous on this point - but many thanks to Russ for sorting it out.
Hi,
You're very kind to say the HOW TO guide was "ambiguous".
Actually, the HOW TO guide was just plain wrong for this particular combination!![]()
We'll be updating and correcting it today.
