You can protect yourself from Spam Bots submitting your forms using Image Verification or CAPTCHA software.
Below, you can download a sample form that enforces Image Verification. Use it to create your own forms. You must also download and install the image verification software onto your server, and it's best to start with that because some servers don't support image generation from PHP. Our HOW TO guide provides more details. Click to download.
