Arrow Sample HTML Form Using FormMail

You can download the sample form and install it on your website to test FormMail and help you develop your own form.

After you've configured and installed formmail.php on your website, follow the 4 easy steps explained in sampleform.htm and you'll have it all running in no time!

You can also read this documentation page: http://www.tectite.com/fmdoc/index.php
