Error 127

Hi

After several probs I think I'm getting there. The latest error message however is:

The following error occurred in FormMail :
filter_failed
*****/home/itssoeas/public_html/cgi-bin/ISETIonlinebooking-pub.txt: line 1:

(Then what I think is the publid key) followed by: command not found

Error=Filter "encode" failed (status 127):

I'd be grateful for some help
