    u want:

    HTML Code:

ok I fixed it and now after observing the codes I have no idea why it's now complaining from email address on down.

Fixed a few table problems but can't see anything else wrong so far.

After observing the code, I see that you have 2 problems:

    1. You're missing the (closing) </form> tag.

    2. From Cell Phone on down you have field names with spaces and apostrophes. Field names should have no spaces. If you need to separate words to make it more readable, then place an underscore where the spaces would be, and completely eliminate the apostrophe. Then you can use an email template to make labels that say whatever you want to represent the field names.

    awesome!

    you know what though?

    1. when the form return email it joins and underscore those results.

I am guessing this is something I have to live with?

    2. Also email: and realname appears at the top of the form results.

I see them in the php script but they seem to be some form of special array that cannot be edited correct?.

    Thanks
    Dave

No, you don't have to live with it. You can use an email template. Check out the documentation on tectite.com .

Yes those are special fields that are used for the email header (name and reply to address). If you search this forum and the documentation on tectite.com, you'll find examples of how you can use "derive_fields" to join the first name and last name to create the "realname" field, as well as use your "Email" field to provide the value for "email".

Ok all I am finding are html templates info when I do a search for email templates

I searched the forum but the problem is my limited time trying to finalize a job before I check out of a hotel here shortly.

    Any help appreciated.

btw I just now installed the imgverify option and will fine tune it later if necessary.

    Thanks
