    Question New to formmail. no recipients?

    I am completely confused by the error alert I received.

    Below is the first one:

    An error occurred while processing the form.

    Our staff have been alerted to the error.
    We apologize for any inconvenience this error may have caused.

    Your form submission was processed by formmail.php (2.04), available from www.tectite.com

    the second one I got read as follows:

    The following error occurred in FormMail:
    no_recipients
    **********
    Error=The form has an internal error - no actions or recipients were specified.

    I have both of the following lines included in my html form. I even switched POST to GET and tried it with the same results.

    <FORM ACTION="formmail111.php" METHOD=POST>

    <input type="hidden" name="recipient" value="protect@cadencebackgrounds.com">

    If I need to edit something in the php script itself can you please tell me on what line it is?
    I am setting this site up as a favor to someone who waited on a company for 7 months to build her a site and would really appreciate a little help solving this.

    i tried to attach the html codes & the formmail111php but was unable to get it to open
    Thanks in advance
    Christine

    Thumbs up Re: Problem solved but still one last problem ...

    okay, problem solved.

    funny how one little character can cause so much grief!

    I just added a ^ after the " and before my email address in the Target_email area and poof it worked!

    My only problem now is that when I sent the form I got your "thanks page and not mine even though mine is listed on the form ...

    will I figure this one out before I get a response, who knows
    I'm sure gonna try though!

    Lightbulb Re: New to formmail. no recipients?

    good_url ... instead of "redirect" in the form itself ...

    I'm going to be creating a links area soon. Can you repost the links you'd like added so I don't have to sift through posts please?
