Question DEF_ALERT setup in script - Don't understand

I have set the TARGET_MAIL on line 930, and wanted to setup the DEF_ALERT in case there are any errors to the script, I can be notified, but I don't understand the instructions as to where in the script I'm supposed to enter the information.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi John,

DEF_ALERT is just below TARGET_EMAIL in formmail.php, near line 955.
