    Talking Subscription Support Money Back Guarantee

    If you subscribe for support, we offer a conditional money back guarantee!

    Within your chosen subscription period, the guarantee we provide applies to your first support issue only.

    We guarantee to resolve your first support issue or we will refund your subscription cost, less any transaction fees charged by PayPal or other payment processor, except in any of the following circumstances:
    • your first support issue cannot be resolved due to limitations or restrictions imposed by your Hosting Provider;
    • your first support issue cannot be resolved due to faults or limitations in the PHP installed on your server.
    However, if the problem is with your server or its software, we will work with you and your hosting provider to identify and resolve the problem as part of your subscription and for the period of your subscription.

    In addition, if the cause of your support issue is a bug in FormMail, and you're using the latest version of FormMail, then we will refund your full subscription cost. (Note that we determine whether it's a bug in FormMail.) This means that if we resolve your support issue by fixing a bug in FormMail, then you also receive your money back!

    To purchase support, please contact us first via email: http://www.tectite.com/contacts.php

    You can read a customer's opinion about our support.
