    Default Simple How-To guide attached

    Hi all,
I've created a how-to guide for pulling .ini, image captcha & formmail together in one document, attached to this post - I have PM'd Russell as he may wish to add it to the Tectite site - to open, expand the attached file - howto.zip & simply follow the guide by opening the index.html file in a web browser.

Hopefully it will remove some of the mystery behind setup of formmail.php for people who wish to use some of the things some people haven't been able to do. Enjoy, Terry

This is well put together and easy to read. I am sure many of us will find this a handy tool. Thanks.

    Hi again,
Glad you were able to read it - Russell has not yet been able to find time to look it through - if you can tell me if there are any glaring errors or omissions, I can modify the guide to suit.

There is no documentation of conditions -- this is overly arcane and should be illustrated with many examples.

    Thank you, Tom

    Hi again,
What conditions are you referring to? This is meant as a simple how-to for people with no experience to get them up & running. Let me know & I can modify to suit.

You're right - it's been on my TO DO list for well over 12 months. It's tough finding time to work on a free product, so some things have more priority than others.

You can subscribe for support and I'll write the condition for you.

    Hi,

    Start here: http://www.tectite.com/vbforums/announcement.php?f=12

Yes, it should be in the FAQ - I'll add it.
