    Default 8.11: NoEmpty not on environment variables

    With "mail_options" value="NoEmpty" the environment vars are still sent, even though they are empty: REMOTE_HOST= REMOTE_USER=

    This are shown due to the use of "env_report", is that right?

    Yes, the NoEmpty option does not affect the use of env_report.

    It probably should, so I'll put that on the TO DO list for a future version.
