Actually, at least one field other than $realname, $email & $subject, which are "special fields" used in the header of the email. You didn't have $mesg in your template when I looked yesterday, although it was in your form (but not required).

The strange thing is that I've tried testing this with one of my installations and I don't have this problem, but maybe it has something to do with the email client you're using. I'm using Outlook and my emails come through, even with just $realname and $email fields. But I've seen several posts about it, that's why I know the issue exists.
