    Post Form With Multiple Email Recipients

    Hi all.
    I am trying to create a form that has a drop down selection of recipients.
    The user will select which recipient the form will be delivered to by their title.(email address hidden)
    Is this possible and or already been discussed before ?
    Any help appreciated.

    I have read the other posts from people with similar issues. I am by no means fluent in this at all.
    so far I have the following.
    <input type="hidden" name="required" value="email:Your email address,realname:Your name" />
    Charlie S."PRESIDENT"
    <input name="President"type="checkbox"id="President" value="president@mysite.com," />
    <br />
    Allan H."VP HOUSELEAGUE"
    <input name="VP Houseleague" type="checkbox" id="VP HOUSELEAGUE" value="vp_hl@mysite.com," />
    <br />
    Kelly B."VP REP"
    <input name="VP REP" type="checkbox" id="VP REP" value="vp_rep@mysite.com" />

    Any pointers ?

    Hi,

    First, create a drop down (not checkbox, but radio buttons are OK) with the email addresses you want them to select from.

    Second, name that field "recipients".

    That's it.

    It's basic HTML and all you need to know for FormMail is to call the field "recipients".

    I am having the same issue. The recipient of my web form depends on the subject chosen by the submitter.

    This is what I am using:

    <select name="recipients" class="myinputstyle">
    <option selected="selected">-=Select One=-</option>
    <option value="or_*_mydomain.com">Official Records</option>
    <option value="AuditDirector_*_mydomain.com">Audit</option>
    <option value="john.doe_*_mydomain.com">Finance</option>
    <option value="watchdog_*_mydomain">Administration</option>
    <option value="greg_*_mydomain">Website</option>
    <option value="watchdog_*_mydomain">Other</option>
    </select>

    The form seems to process OK, I get redirected to the thank you page, but no email ever shows up to the selected recipient.
