Question wierd issue with dropped data in forms

In my email results, I get fields with 'left blank' but they are required fields, so they can't be left blank, and additionally are NOT left blank, because one of the fields is the realname field, and the persons name is in the email header.....???
how does that data NOT get into the email template?

I can't duplicate it myself, when I test, all results come through just fine, but the form users have reported it to be a reccurring issue.

    Customer Name:
    left blank
    Primary Phone:
    left blank
    Other Phone:
    left blank
    Fax:
    left blank
May we contact you by email?
    Yes
    E-Mail Address:
    left blank

yes, when I send to myself, all fields are filled in, both the page that displays the results to the person, and the email that comes to me are fine
I can't seem to duplicate the missing data

ok, r u sure the blanks are not spambots "filling in" the form?

thats the best explanation, but u said:

no, its a legit submission because even though the name says left blank, it comes out in the email sender, and the same thing with the email address, so it actually couldn't be 'left blank' *shakes her head* I am working with the web guys to see if we can tell where the data is getting dropped. I really don't think it has anything to do with tectite, but will let you know when and if we find something out
