    Dear Ginger,

    1 - In FormMail.php, I changed the URL/path from :

    $FORM_INI_FILE = "http://hispanic-american.p3p-research.com/formmail.ini";

    to:

    $FORM_INI_FILE="/home3/wagner/public_html/hispanic-american/formmail.ini";

    2 - On processing the form, the following was displayed by the browser:

    The following settings were found in the file '/home3/wagner/public_html/hispanic-american/formmail.ini':

    [email_addresses]
    my_email = "dr.t.rod@p3pyramid.com"

    Your form submission was processed by FormMail (8.24), a PHP script available from www.tectite.com.

    3 - Although in the form I had:

    <input type="hidden" name="recipients" value="my_email">

    I got NO response email.

    4 FYI, I still have:

    define("DEF_ALERT","dr.t.rod@p3pyramid.com");

    define("DB_SEE_INI",true);

    So it's finding your INI file and displaying its content, so you can set DB_SEE_INI to false again, and you should get the results to your email.

    Dear Ginger,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I changed define("DB_SEE_INI",false); and I am back to the message -- bad_ini -- meaning that there is a syntax error in the INI file.

    As I sustected, the original $FORM_INI_FILE="https://hispanic-american.p3p-research.com/formmail.ini"; was finding the file. The error is with the INI file itself.

    Since the ISP is using PHP v. 4.4.9, I tried both a file with 2 lines and a file with a single line (See INI Files in the documentation).

    It could be the file type (configuration setting) or the file content.

    I tried to attach the file to this message but I couldn't (invalid file). The icon is the Notepad with a "golden wheel" and the type is configuration setting.

    I guess your server is set up differently. Most people that try to use a url where a server path is specified are not successful.

    Since the ISP is using PHP v. 4.4.9, I tried both a file with 2 lines and a file with a single line (See INI Files in the documentation).
    So you tried using just "\n" instead of "\r\n" for HEAD_CRLF along with the server path?

    I don't know what else to try. I would suggest you subscribe for support from Russell.

    Sorry I couldn't be more help.

    Yeah, the only other thing I thought of to try, is that you said you took an existing INI file that you had. I would start from scratch and create the file with Notepad and just save it with the .ini extension and upload (in ascii/plain text mode).

    Other than that I'm out of ideas.

    Good luck. I'm sure Russell can help.
