    Question Subject Based on Input

    I'm replacing a very old Perl script for a client. I need the subject of the email to include information from fields the user is inputting (specifically names- one of the forms is here- http://davisdeejays.com/wedcoord.html) so that the subject would look like this:
    Wedding Questionaire: Sophear Pang / Michael Robert Master. It would have to be able to be different for each form. Is there any way to do this?

    yep, u remove the "subject" hidden field from ur HTML and then use "derive_fields" to create the one u want:
    http://www.tectite.com/fmhowto/derived.php

    this will get u started:
    HTML Code:
    <input type="hidden" name="derive_fields" value="subject=%'Wedding questionair'%.groom.%'/'%.bride" />
