    Question env_report not working in html template

    Hi,

    I had to change my hosting service. After upload my site to my new provider I'm receiving the html template with all my form data except $ipaddr, $browser and $referrer.

    The form:
    www.ramonrusso.com.ar/form.html

    Template:
    www.ramonrusso.com.ar/consultas/consulta.html

    I tried removing the html template and for this case all the variables are in the email.

    What can be wrong?

    Thanks

    it looks fine....

    maybe ur new server doesn't provide these values to formmail

    ask ur host wot u need to do to get $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'], etc., to work:

    Hi,

    Those variables doesn't work with the html template. Using simple plain text is working ok. I have this for example:

    Plain Text:

    email: xxxx@arnet.com.ar
    realname:
    empresa: E
    actividad: A
    localidad: Loc
    nombre: Nombre
    apellido: Apellido
    motivo: Alquiler

    consulta: ewerwerhttps://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/images/cleardot.gif

    enviar: Enviar

    ==================================

    REMOTE_HOST=
    REMOTE_ADDR=190.137.93.154
    HTTP_USER_AGENT=Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1
    REMOTE_USER=

    This for html template:

    Nombre:
    Nombre Apellido

    Email: xxx@arnet.com.ar

    Empresa: E

    Actividad: A

    Localidad: Loc

    Consulta (Alquiler):

    Detalles:

    Navegador:

    ok, i missed it the first time

    u have two "derive_fields" fields. html doesn't allow that.

    join the two values together with a comma and only have one derive_fields field. it doesn't matter where in the HTML u place it.

    Weird! Before posting had found and corrected that mistake! Anyway, I updated the form but the issue is still there.
