Default Moved to new server. Now can't get results from formail in html

I'm using FormMail 8.11 and I've recently moved my websites to a new server and now my Formail forms are not working properly. My forms worked perfectly on my previous server Instead of getting a nice clean html formatted result of the form, I get plain text email with lots of code. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

The beginning of the message is below. Then it's followed by lots of html code.

(Your mail reader should not show this text. If it does you may need to upgrade to more modern software.) This message has been generated by FormMail using an HTML template called "formtemplate3.html". The raw text of the form results has been included below, but your mail reader should display the HTML version only (unless it's not capable of doing so).
