    Exclamation It was working until the server change...

    I've had Formmail 8.36 (with autoresponder) working on several sites up to now.

    I've just moved all my sites to one VSP, and now the autoresponders are working but the main forms aren't.

    On one site I don't get any form, on the other I got:-

    MIME-Version: 1.0 (produced by FormMail 8.36 from www.tectite.com)
    Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="BODYe576b92672dde6fa225d30aadad1deba"

    (Your mail reader should not show this text.
    If it does you may need to upgrade to more modern software.)

    This message has been generated by FormMail using an HTML template
    called "mail.htm". The raw text of the form results
    has been included below, but your mail reader should display the HTML
    version only (unless it's not capable of doing so).
    There followed the html of the file I should have received.

    ================ Edit - correction - I received the email (as above) for both websites ==================

    If the server was incapable of sending mail I could understand it - but the autoresponder sends htm mail just fine. So what's wrong with the main form (the one sent to me)?

    Exclamation Re: It was working until the server change...

    Has anyone got any suggestions?

    Autoresponder is working fine - people are getting confirmations of the details filled in on the form, but I'm getting an email that consists of the html code displayed e.g.:-

    <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="3">
    <h3>Here is the latest Enquiry from the XYZ website:</h3>
    <table border="0">
    <tr>
    <td>Name:</td>
    <td><b>t</b></td>
    </tr>
    <tr>
    <td>Address:</td>
    <td><b></b></td>
    </tr>
    If nobody can help me shortly I'll have to disable all forms on my various websites until I can find out WTF is happening!

    PLEASE!!!!!

    More info - I tried a test alert and received this (if it helps anyone diagnose the problem):-
    To: myk@myksoftware.com
    From: FormMail@www.myksoftware.com

    This is a test alert message
    Loaded language is English (builtin)
    PHP version is 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.18
    FormMail version is 8.36
    Server type: non-Windows

    DOCUMENT_ROOT: /var/www/vhosts/lvps217-199-162-2.vps.webfusion.co.uk/myksoftware
    SCRIPT_FILENAME: /var/www/vhosts/lvps217-199-162-2.vps.webfusion.co.uk/myksoftware/formmail-mp.php
    PATH_TRANSLATED: -not set-
    REAL_DOCUMENT_ROOT: /var/www

    On another website (that is working correctly), the DOCUMENT_ROOT and REAL_DOCUMENT_ROOT values are the same - some problem here perhaps?
