    Default Deriving the mail_options field

    Hello,

I have a form where the user can select the inquiry type by way of a radio group. I would like the HTML template to vary according to his selection. So if the user submits a general inquiry, we receive a notification based on the gi_template; if he submits website feedback, we receive a notification based on the wf_template; and so on...

I understand that the mail_options field has to be derived in this case, but I'm having trouble understanding how to create the derivations. If we were talking about a standard programming language, I would say (expressing in pseudocode):

    CASE(typeOfInquiry=general inquiry, mail_options=...; typeOfInquiry=request for estimate, mail_options=...; typeOfInquiry=website feedback, mail_options=...)

How do I implement this scenario?

    Thank you.
