Default Can I have the user input once and apply the value to 2 fields (recipient & realname)

We have employees reporting to headquarters from off-site using Formmail. Currently, all Formmail submissions go to 1 address (HQ) and the user just selects their name from a dropdown (realname). I would like to configure Formmail to send an email to headquarters and a duplicate email to the user's email address, but I'd like to avoid requiring the user to enter his/her email address every time. In other word, have the user select his/her name in a dropdown and have Formmail use the value as recipient and as realname.

    Is this possible?

Am I going about this all wrong?

    Hi,

A drop down of email addresses is easy provided they don't change very often. However, it also means "John" could accidentally submit as "Jane". For security, the employee email addresses must also be stored on the server (TARGET_EMAIL setting or INI file) so FormMail knows it's allowed to email the employees.

You would use FormMail's "cc" (carbon copy) feature to send the duplicate email.
