Default Confused about sender vs from_addr vs reply-to

Dreamhost has changed their policy as follows:

((We made some mail policy changes last year, and one of them is to
restrict the from address of emails that are sent through DreamHost's
servers. Emails sent through DreamHost's servers should only be sent with
a from address that you control and is hosted here at DreamHost. The site
user's email address should not be used as the sender, it can be included
in the body of the email and in the Reply-To header so email replies
easily go to them. Domains that use external mail service (like
Outlook.com or Google Apps) should use SMTP to connect to the external
mail server and send emails through the mail account there. If you have
any other questions or issues, please let me know, I'm always happy to
    help!))

This is a bit confusing to me and I've tried the Fixed_Sender setting but no e-mails are sent.
Works Ok with FromAddr=webmaster@mydomain.com but that doesn't allow for replies.

My question is how to set up formmail so the recipient can just reply to the message?

DreamHost is Linux & PHP 5.2.17

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

What you need to do is get the customer's email address into a hidden field called "replyto". Then, the email you receive will allow you to click "Reply" and it will reply to their email address.

If your field for email address is called "EmailAddr", use "derive_fields" (http://www.tectite.com/fmhowto/derived.php) to derive "replyto":
    HTML Code:
    <input type="hidden" name="derive_fields" value="replyto=EmailAddr" />
