    Default Problems with CSV Fields

    I'm getting all information from form submissions in the resulting email even though my "name" field is "Name/Business Name" which, as you see, is not in the results. I can live with that. But read further down to see what is coming into the csvform. Notice, there are no results in the name, website, email address, or phone fields. What do I change and where?

    Name/Business Name Your Website (Optional) Your email address Phone (Optional) City State Country Zyto YLEO Raindrop Holistic

    This is the code from my html form regarding csv columns:
    <input type="hidden" name="csvcolumns"
    value="Name/Business Name:cr, Your Website (Optional):cr, Your email address:cr, Phone (Optional):crs, City:cr, State:cr, Country:cr, Zyto, YLEO, Raindrop, Holistic" />

    Default Re: Problems with CSV Fields

    In case someone else has this same problem, here is what was wrong with my csv file:

    I used the labels for my fields not the field names. I have no idea how that happened as I used the Wizard to create my forms. Anyway as an example of my error, my Phone field:
    <label for="field6">Phone (Optional)</label><input type="text" id="field6" name="Phone" />

    The field name is "Phone", not "Phone (Optional)".

    So, I needed to use the field name in the csvcolumns value, like this:

    value="Name:cr, Website:cr, EmailAddr:cr, Phone:crs, City:cr, State:cr, Country:cr, Zyto, YLEO, Raindrop, Holistic"

    Now onto my next problem. . .Captcha. . .do I care if it doesn't work . . .Goldie
