    Default Derived fields for subject

    hi

    First off, really love the script.

    I'm having a major issue getting form fields to show in the subject. I have followed the advice given in other posts of this nature to use derived fields, but no luck.

    My code is
    Code:
     <input type="hidden" name="derive_fields" value="subject=requesteddate" />
    But even this simple example is not returning a subject when I receive the mail.

    Any ideas? Is there something I'm missing?

    Thanks, Nick

    ignore this! hadn't noticed that there was a derived_fields input for the reCaptcha on the form, so there was a conflict!
