Hello what I want to do is enable an upload that will e-mail a file to me I can't figure out how to do this after looking at the HowTo file multiple times.

My form is very simple but my first main problem is where to point the form action to? <form action=" ?????? "

<form method="post" action="http://mydomain.com/upload.php" // <-- where should this point?
name="upload" enctype="multipart/form-data">

<input type="hidden" name="conditions1" value=":@
@IF@first_photo@first_photo~/^.*\.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png)$/i@@You can only upload picture files in jpg/jpeg/gif or png formats@" />

<input type="hidden" name="recipients" value="upload@mydomain.com" />
<input type="hidden" name="subject" value="Upload" />
<div border="0" cellspacing="5%" class="upBox">
<td valign="top" colspan="4">
<p><strong>Upload photo: </strong><input type="file" name="first_photo" /></p>
<td colspan="4" align="center"><input type="submit" value="Send the photo" class="button" /></td>

When I use mydomain.formmail.php for the action then it gives me some errors that I set up for another form on that page (it tells me missing e-mail field, but this is a new form and shouldn't require e-mail)
